Who we are

This policy explains how ResetNew (resetnew.com) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, buy a license, or use our offline browser listing tools.

Information we collect

Order and support information: your checkout email address, order ID, selected product, license key delivery, payment status provided by our processor, and messages you send to support. We do not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes, or complete payment credentials.

Contact form information: your email address and the message you choose to send.

Technical information: server logs such as IP address, browser type, device/operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and security events, used only for hosting reliability, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and troubleshooting.

Offline program: the downloaded HTML program runs locally in your browser. Your product information, prompts, drafts, generated listing text, and images stay on your device and are not uploaded to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use only necessary technical cookies required to operate the website, remember your checkout session, and protect the site from abuse. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers or third-party behavioral advertising analytics. Our payment provider may set its own technical cookies during checkout under that provider's privacy policy. You can clear browser cookies through your browser settings; necessary cookies may be required for checkout or login sessions to work.

Service providers

We share only the minimum information required with: (1) our payment processor, to authorize payment, prevent fraud, settle, and process refunds; (2) our email service, to deliver license keys and reply to support; and (3) our hosting provider, to store website files and serve the site securely. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep information

Order, license, and support records are generally kept for 3 years after purchase or the last support interaction, and longer when required for tax, accounting, payment dispute, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Server and security logs are generally retained for 12 months. Contact-form messages are kept for the time needed to answer the request and maintain a support record. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

Children under 16

Our services are intended for adults and business users aged at least 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we received information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Email admin@resetnew.com to request access, correction, export, deletion, or to opt out of non-essential communications for the personal information associated with your checkout email. We will respond within 30 days. We may retain records required for tax, legal, fraud, or active dispute obligations.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We may update this policy; the latest version will appear on this page with the effective date.
