Effective October 30, 2026 (2026-10-30). These terms apply to every ResetNew program and license offered by ResetNew LLC on resetnew.com.
The software, documentation, brand materials, and website content are licensed, not sold. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the licensed program for your own personal or business listing workflow. ResetNew LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the software and intellectual property.
A 1-year license lasts 12 months from activation. A perpetual license applies to the downloaded version only and does not include free future versions, new features, or upgrades unless separately stated. A free trial may run locally before purchase; trial availability does not change these terms.
You may download the licensed HTML program, store it on your own local device, activate one license key for one user, review generated drafts, edit them, and publish only after your own compliance review.
You may not resell, rent, lease, share, sublicense, bundle, transfer, or publish a license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to discover source code, remove or alter copyright/branding notices, bypass activation or license checks, crack the key system, or use automated abuse tools. To the extent local law expressly allows reverse engineering, that exception does not authorize redistribution or commercial exploitation.
All software, trademarks, text, design, code, and underlying materials are the property of ResetNew LLC. You remain responsible for your own product information, published listings, final wording, images, marketplace compliance, copyright, advertising law, and accuracy.
The tool runs offline on your device. We do not upload your prompts or drafts. We do not operate your marketplace account, publish listings for you, or guarantee sales, ranking, traffic, or conversion results.
Do not use the tool for counterfeit, infringing, deceptive, illegal, harmful, or policy-violating goods or claims.
Prices are shown in United States dollars. License keys are delivered by email after a valid completed payment through our connected payment provider. The website does not store full card numbers or security codes. There is no shipping fee unless a page clearly states otherwise.
Your license continues until the subscription period ends or until termination. We may suspend or terminate a license immediately for resale, sharing, cracking, bypassing activation, fraud, illegal use, or repeated abuse. On termination, you must stop using the program and delete all copies. Termination does not remove our right to pursue available remedies or refund rights under the Refund Policy.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
The program is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Except where consumer law cannot be limited, our total liability for a license is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profits, or reputational damages.
